VP/Director of Finance

Compensation: $113,000.00 to $135,000.00 per year
The Director of Finance will serve as a key member of the company?s leadership team. This individual?s key responsibility will be to serve as an advisor to both executive and operations management. The Director of Finance will report to the President CFO, and will take on a broad range of duties in financial analysis, risk management, M A, capital allocation and information systems. Analyze the Company?s overall and plant financial results with an emphasis on trends, cost and compliance with budgets. Work with business leaders and company teams to understand cost drivers, potential solutions and tracking methods. Support relationships with lenders, brokers, and other key support organizations. Provide financial analysis tools to evaluate capital expenditures, internal programs, and product costing. Complete other Finance and Administrative duties as required. Heavy Financial Analysis and Support to the CEO CFO Review month end financial information with business unit controllers as well as general managers analysis schedules for the 2018/2019 plan years International support market intelligence reports
Desire to work in a fast growing, family owned company. Team Orientated, with the ability to communicate effectively across the organization and as a company representative to outside stakeholders. Exposure to risk management. Experience managing an acquisition process, including opportunity sourcing, due diligence, and integration. Interested in longer term success and professional growth and advancement. EDUCATION, TRAINING EXPERIENCE 10 or more years accounting and financial management experience. Experience working in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business. CPA or MBA preferred, but not required. Experience in leading and managing teams.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
