3rd Shift (11pm to 7am Sunday - Thursday) Primary shift is 3rd shift.
May be asked to cover 1st or 2nd shift at supervisor's discretion based on manufacturing needs.
PAY:
Starting at $26.
37/Hr, up to $27.
87/Hr within 6 months based on knowledge of the position.
Plus $1 shift differential
Benefits:
120 Hours PTO (Paid Time Off) pro-rated the 1st year, time available based on seniority.
Plus 10 paid holidays.

Summary:
#3 Utility Operator Primarily a Relief operator for Packers, MicroRoom, Palletizer, Warehouse, Mill Room (will be expected to learn all jobs) Break Relief All the responsibilities with jobs listed above Coordinate Inbound and Outbound Deliveries Load Product Using a Forklift Pick Customer Orders by Hand Organize Storage Areas Assist with Inventory Counts Housekeeping and Other Jobs as Assigned Opportunity to Cross Train in other Areas of Production Particular Attention to Safety and Quality.
Care Taken to Eliminate Waste and Create Efficiencies.
Create a Team Environment Fill in for other Shifts as the Need Arises.
Training Conducted by Operators & Supervisors.

REQUIRED
