We are currently searching for an Addictions Team Leader for our Elkhart office.
Duties as a Team Leader:
Will provide clinical and administrative oversight to a team of addiction therapists.
Will be responsible for building and maintaining a cohesive team, hiring and training of new team members, providing oversight of staff billing, clinical documentation and maintaining a budget.
Work to build relationship with community partners and organizations; build and inspire a cohesive team promoting efficiency and team work.
Additional duties:
Requires knowledge of human development and behavior Familiar with treatment modalities and psychological theory Independent judgment An ability to identify alternative actions is required Requirements for the Team Leader:
LCSW/LMFT/LMHC required.
LCAC preferred.
3-6 years of addictions and/or supervisory experience.
$2000 sign-on bonus (pro-rated by FTE).

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
